How can we capture the moments to portray company culture and values?
IFGL (International Financial Group Limited) wanted to capture the moments that reflected their company culture and values, to showcase it on their social media and editorial articles. The challenge was to find a way to take high-quality photographs that would effectively portray the company's culture and values.
Solution:
As a multimedia specialist at IFGL, I took up the challenge to improve the quality of the photographs by taking photos of our staffs, encouraging our employer for me and my colleagues to be enrolled in a photography course with Richard Cryer, a professional photographer at Jewel Photography, to learn the techniques of capturing great moments.
After completing the course, I adapted the techniques I learned to create a photography style that was catered to IFGL's brand. I used a Canon 80D and lens to take high-quality photographs of the events and staff. This included staff meetings, client interactions, athlethe sponsorship events, photos of executives and charity events.
The photographs were used for social media, editorial articles, and other marketing materials. This improved the visual representation of the company and helped to reinforce its brand identity.
